Ozanam Hall seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care to elderly residents in our Catholic, not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage wound and IV care, and monitor changes in condition.
Responsibilities include updating care plans, accurate EHR documentation, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting CNAs. The RN will educate residents and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life in a faith-based, mission-driven setting.
