TriStar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized rehab care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support safe mobility and functional gains. RNs collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers, ensuring accurate EHR documentation, patient and family education, and safe discharge planning while upholding our patient-first, safety-focused culture.
