REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an RN, you will deliver specialized, evidence-based nursing care, complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centric rehabilitation goals. You will monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
