Grand Islander RI and V2U, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Middletown, RI. You will deliver hands-on clinical care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and care planning for seniors in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support. Working in a collaborative, team-based environment, you’ll coordinate with therapists, physicians, and CNAs to support safety, dignity, and comfort while promoting recovery and quality of life.
