REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients through complex rehab journeys. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and promote safety and quality outcomes.
