Encompass Health is seeking dedicated registered nurses to grow their careers close to home in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress.
Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate daily with therapists and physicians, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
