Registered Nurse – Medsurg – Full-Time – Nights

Seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a leading healthcare organization.

As part of the team, you will deliver personalized, evidence-based care by owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, building meaningful connections with patients and families, and driving top clinical outcomes.

Collaborate effectively within a respectful, team-oriented environment , contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance and research opportunities.

You will also engage in professional development and mentorship —guiding and coaching fellow nurses, staying current with ongoing education, and supporting continuous improvement through data and research.

Key responsibilities include applying evidence-based practices, resource management, and proactive care planning to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions.

Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited program , an active RN license , BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience . Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
