Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required); specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making skills.

Ability to manage fast-paced clinical emergencies and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
