Role Overview:
This position involves providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care as part of a dynamic, multi-campus team supporting a leading healthcare organization. The RN will deliver personalized patient care, build meaningful patient and family connections, and contribute to care outcomes with clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized care.
- Foster a respectful, collaborative environment and contribute to team engagement.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
- Lead in applying evidence-based practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Proactively plan across the patient care journey, shaping protocols to enhance patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
- RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required); specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience, with proficiency in computer data entry.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
