Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical – Full-Time – Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, building meaningful connections with patients and families.
• Drive top-quality outcomes by applying clinical expertise and current best practices.
• Foster a safe, respectful team environment, contributing to staff engagement and shared governance initiatives.
• Mentor fellow nurses through ongoing education and competency assessments.
• Lead evidence-based practices, participate in research, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Plan proactively for patient care, helping to develop protocols that enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and contribute to system-wide care planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and tech skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
