Position Summary
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on plans of care
- Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to support staff
- Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
- Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certificationMinimum 6 months RN acute care experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- Shift: Shift 3 (Nights)
- Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
