Schedule: Night l PRN

Pay: $47 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliverhigh-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols.


• Implementand continuouslymonitorpatient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders.


• Coordinateall aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team.


• Communicateand meticulouslyrecordall patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):

• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Minimum of two years of recent acute care Med Surg nursing experience demonstrating clinical competency across diverse, high-acuity patient populations.


• Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
