We’re currently hiringhospital-based nursesfor our Float Pool inNewark and Wilmington, Delaware.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period
• Part-time hours are available
• 12-hour shifts available on ***Overnights 7p-7:30am***
• Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Requirement:

• BSN requiredor a dedication to acquire one withinthree years of hire
• Minimum of2years of Med/Surgical RN experiencein an acute care/hospital setting
• BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
