Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and skills communication
- Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- NIHSS certificate obtained within 6 months of hire
