Workwise Healthcare Staffing and Consulting is seeking forskilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Cardiac Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Providecare for patients utilizing fetal and maternal monitoring equipment.
- Manage the patient's pain including epidural and patient controlled analgesia administration.
- Assist physician during delivery, treatment, examination and surgical procedures.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Provide patient and family education on labor, pain and newborn care.
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification (or must obtain within 30 days of starting)
- 1 year relevant experience (under Med Surg Cardiacunit)
Work schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - 12 hours per day, 3x per week (Nights)
