- Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $15,000.00
- Salary: $38.50 – $55.02 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the organization.
- Primarily float to one or more specialty units as defined by market.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient’s care needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Licensed BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences: Requires a minimum of 3 years recent work experience as a Registered Nurse in Maternal Child Health Services (Labor & Delivery experience highly preferred, Mother‑Baby/Postpartum, and/or NICU).
