Nexus Family Healing seeks a Registered Nurse to provide trauma-informed care to youth and families in our residential, foster care, and community-based programs. The RN will complete health assessments, administer and reconcile medications, support psychiatric treatment plans, and respond to medical and behavioral health needs. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, and medical providers, educate families and caregivers, maintain accurate documentation, and promote safety and stabilization—while contributing to a mission-driven, supportive clinical environment.
