Registered Nurse Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients across a variety of healthcare settings. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical conditions, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health status and identify their nursing care needs.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Perform nursing procedures and provide wound care as appropriate.
- Assist patients with daily care, mobility, and comfort needs.
- Recognize and promptly report changes in patient condition.
- Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and professional nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
- BLS certification as required for the role.
