Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will manage patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll provide education to patients and families, support safe discharges, and ensure high-quality, patient-centric care.
