As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, supporting patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress.
