Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will administer medications, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
