Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate therapies, manage medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on recovery goals.
