Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will support safe transitions of care and document accurately in the EMR.
