Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, monitor complex clinical conditions, and ensure safe transitions of care.
