Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate therapies, educate patients and families, and promote safe transitions of care.
