Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that support patient-centered rehabilitation and safe transitions of care. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will manage complex medical needs, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and document care accurately.
