Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate with therapists and physicians to support functional recovery, educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.
