REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications, coordinate interdisciplinary rehab services, and educate patients and families on recovery and discharge needs. You will monitor patient progress, document accurately in the EMR, and support quality and safety initiatives.
