A Day in the Life of RN/LPN
As an RN/LPN, you will provide quality care and follow best nursing practices for our patients. You will assist unit managers and charge nurses, conduct unit evaluations, make daily rounds, delegate assignments, instruct coworkers, recommend treatments, and perform necessary patient interventions. You will also help with scheduling, staffing suggestions, budget support, and maintain open communication to ensure safe and high‑standard care.
Qualifications
- Current Alabama license with no restrictions
- Long‑term care (LTC) experience
- Computer skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Service‑oriented, patient‑focused, and professional demeanor
- Adaptable to any environment or situation
- Effective team player
- Detail‑oriented
