Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered clinical care in our long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation community. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes.
Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, monitoring changes in condition, documentation, and serving as a clinical resource for CNAs and support staff.
