Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: Pay Range: $41.16-$58.80/Hrs

Description

• Seeking two experienced professionals for the Labor and Delivery unit
• Work in a 10-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) unit
• Includes access to two operating rooms
• Provide high-quality care to patients during the childbirth process
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in the delivery and immediate post-delivery care of newborns
• Educate patients and families on childbirth and newborn care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Valid nursing license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
