Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse for our Kidney Transplant and Telemetry unit. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to pre- and post-kidney transplant patients and those requiring cardiac monitoring.
Responsibilities include continuous telemetry monitoring, medication administration, patient and family education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary transplant team. You’ll support care planning, discharge coordination, and quality/safety initiatives in a diverse, inclusive environment that fosters continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
