Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring safety, and using de-escalation and therapeutic communication skills. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans while supporting a safe, trauma-informed, and patient-centered environment in a leading teaching hospital.
