Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered clinical care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities include monitoring changes in condition, documenting care, educating residents and families, and supporting CNAs and other staff.
