Role Summary

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN degree from an accredited program or equivalent experience


• Current Montana RN license


• BLS certification upon hire; ACLS within 9 months; TNCC or TCAR within 12 months


• Critical care experience highly preferred


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills


• Ability to interpret clinical documents, perform basic math, and respond effectively in emergencies

Key Duties

• Assess and address patient needs, develop individualized care plans


• Oversee care delivery, ensure compliance with guidelines


• Participate in clinical conferences and documentation


• Operate medical equipment, assist with patient transfers, and maintain safety standards
