In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehab care to patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and complex medical events. You will perform thorough assessments, manage medications, coordinate therapy plans, and educate patients and families for safe discharge.
