Registered Nurse II - Operating Room

Overview

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is hiring an Experienced OR Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a full‑time day shift position.

Location & Shift

Woodbridge, VA. Full time, day shift (First (Days)).

Responsibilities

• Assess and admit patients to the operating room.
• Perform rounding checks.
• Administer medications.
• Communicate patient status to family members.
• Provide overall perioperative care for patients.

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact Multi‑State license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with one of the following degrees: associate’s, bachelor’s, diploma, or master’s.
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room, circulating, or surgical experience.
