Houston Methodist seeks a Registered Nurse II for our Intensive Care Unit to deliver expert, patient-centered critical care in a fast-paced environment. The RN II independently manages complex, high-acuity patients, performs ongoing assessments, titrates IV drips, interprets cardiac rhythms, and collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. This role supports evidence-based practice, patient and family education, and continuous quality improvement while mentoring newer nurses and upholding our culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
