Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Registered Nurse - ICU - SD will monitor critical care patients, assist inpatient bedside teams, and utilize independent nursing judgment to provide high-quality care during 12-hour night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations. Key responsibilities: Assess patient health data and determine nursing diagnoses Develop and implement individualized care plans while evaluating patient progress Collaborate with healthcare providers and contribute to the professional development of peers Required qualifications: Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred A minimum of 2 to 3 years of RN critical care experience is required Licensed as a Registered Nurse with one unrestricted state license Certification in specialty preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
