To support critical care operations, the part-time hourly Registered Nurse - ICU - SD Licensed will monitor patients remotely, assist bedside teams, and collaborate with healthcare providers during 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities Collect and analyze patient health data to determine nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient progress towards expected outcomes Collaborate with healthcare teams and contribute to the professional development of peers Required qualifications Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred Minimum of 2 to 3 years of RN critical care experience is required Licensed as a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted state license Certification in specialty preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
