Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or unit-specific credentials may be required based on the unit.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other movements necessary for patient care.
