Registered Nurse II, Intensive Care Unit

Base pay range
$58.50/hr - $60.30/hr
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in an acute patient setting. This includes providing direct patient care, educating patients and families, and managing transitions of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive plan of care that considers psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication.
- Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to promote an optimal patient experience.
Requirements
- CA RN Licensure
- BLS CertificationACLS Certification
- PALS Certification (within 180 days of hire)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 days of hire)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale within 90 days)
Shift Details
- Shift: 3 x 12 hours
- Weekend Requirement: Every other Saturday/Sunday; Holidays as needed
Note
No Thanksgiving or Christmas Day RTO will be approved.
