Qualifications & Certifications
- Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all regulatory requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking during shifts
- Ability to perform reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat movements
