Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN to join a Pediatric ICU Float pool, providing adaptable staffing across Critical Care and Cardiovascular units.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver competent nursing care to critically ill patients (newborn to adult) in all ICUs, including Medical, Surgical, Neonatal, and Cardiac.
- Provide family-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for learning, growth, and comprehensive orientation.
- Participate in hospital committees, precept new staff and nursing students.
- Available for various hours per week, with orientation at 36 hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 1-year pediatric ICU RN experience, preferably with a wide range of diagnoses.
- Ability to work 50% Day/Night rotations, every third weekend, with flexible availability.
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
