We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in ICU to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities Include
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU.
- Applying critical care skills and clinical knowledge to monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and healthcare standards.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.
- At least 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
