Position: RN - Cardiac Neuro ICU
Location: Naperville, IL
Hours: Part Time, 24 hours/week, day shifts with weekend rotation
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of the healthcare team to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of RN critical care experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years if applicable
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS)
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
