Looking for a rewarding nursing career? We are seeking a PRN Day RN - Case Manager to provide routine home care visits and complete admissions while delivering compassionate, high-quality care!
This position will perform admissions, routine home visits, and inpatient hospital visits as needed. Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Is responsible for delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Is responsible for coordinating the care for a group of patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated. Provides nursing care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
