Summary
Baptist Health Home Health/Hospice RN Case Manager provides, manages and coordinates care and services for an assigned caseload of patients.
Qualifications
- Education required: Graduation from an approved program of Nursing.
- Required: Current Arkansas RN License.
- Required: Current Arkansas Driver's License.
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience. Home Health/Hospice experience preferred.
