In this role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to post-operative and acute surgical patients, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, and managing wounds and drains. You will coordinate individualized care plans, document in the EHR, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with surgeons, hospitalists, and allied health staff.
