Registered Nurse – General Medicine (Full-Time, Nights)

This clinical nurse role involves providing direct patient care on an 18-bed Med/Surg unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The nurse will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Key Duties:
